Students from Harvard University in the United States of America pay a courtesy call on Mayor Felipe Antonio B. Remollo who gave updates on Dumaguete City’s best practices and milestones under his administration.
After the presentation, the delegates from Harvard University that included Miggy Antonio and Macky Antonio who are sons of former Dumaguete City Councilor Myrish Cadapan Antonio, declared that they are inspired by the leadership of Mayor Remollo and will always remember the insights and perspectives he generously shared to them when they go back to the US.
The students’ service trip to the Philippines was organized by the Harvard Philippine Forum with the objective of providing a venue for them to learn more about governance and youth leadership including meeting their counterparts from local universities and colleges.
Also present during Thursday’s courtesy call are City Administrator Lilani L. Ramon (right) and Sangguniang Kabataan President Renz Macion.
