Nineteen (19) job order personnel from different offices and departments were given due recognition by the City Government of Dumaguete through Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo for their outstanding performance based on the evaluation done in the 4th Quarter of Calendar Year 2021.
The 19 Outstanding Job Order Personnel were presented with the plaques and tokens Civil Service Commission Negros Oriental Provincial Director Merlinda Flores-Quillano and City Human Resource Management Officer Dr. Dinno T. Depositario to the cheers of their fellow employees during the culmination ceremony of the 122nd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary last Saturday at the Pantawan People’s Park, namely:

Flores, City Economic Enterprises Department; Arlinda V. Francisco, Dumaguete PNP Police Station; Niel Mark S. Galera, City Environment and Natural Resources Office; Rainer C. The Civil Service Commission introduced last year a 10-year overarching theme “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes” which reflects the collective experience of government workforce in the new normal and in pushing for digital transformation and innovation to uphold public service excellence and continuity.
