The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council chaired by Mayor Felipe Antonio B. Remollo convened yesterday to evaluate the various programs, projects and activities in the first 6 months of 2022 with the objective of mitigating the risks of disasters and calamities from adversely affecting the lives and properties of the residents.
Concerned officials also presented the proposed plan for the year 2023 specifically under the 4 thematic areas: Disaster Prevention and Mitigation; Disaster Preparedness; Disaster Response and Disaster Rehabilitation and Recovery to ensure that our community is better prepared and resilient against man-made and natural disaster.
