In accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Health the 2 COVID-19 vaccination sites of the City Health Office will be open to all registered and walk-in clients until Friday (March 18) for the continuation of the Phase 4 of the National Vaccination Days.
The goal of the Bayanihan Bakunahan is to vaccinate as many eligible residents, including children, as possible to achieve a higher percentage of inoculated individuals to prevent more COVID infections, severe cases and deaths.
According to City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sarah B. Talla the following are the 2 vaccination sites open to accept walk-in clients:
1. Robinson Place Dumaguete for healthy children from 5-11 years old (Pfizer)
2. Foundation University Gymnasium for healthy children from 12-17 years old (Pfizer); 1st dose adults (Sinovac) and booster
Requirements to bring to the vaccination site: FOR ADULTS (1st dose) shall bring valid ID and own ballpen; FOR BOOSTER bring your vaccination card and FOR HEALTHY CHILDREN (5-11 years-old and 12-17-years-old) photocopy of birth certificate, photocopy of the valid ID of parent, but if child is accompanied by a guardian, must present a letter of authority from parent or barangay certificate and own ball pen.
