Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo instructed City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sarah B. Talla to begin preparations for the COVID-19 vaccination of healthy children ages 5-11 years old using Pfizer vaccines in accordance to the guidelines of the Department of Health.
Dumaguete City will participate in the nationwide rollout in vaccinating pediatric population ages 5-11 years old will be on February 18, 2021 at Robinsons Place Dumaguete.
To be eligible for vaccination parents and guardians of the children are reminded to:
1. Kindly register online at

2. Wait for the call from the City Health Office confirming your vaccination schedule and site
3. Submit photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate
4. Valid ID of the parents or guardian
5. If accompanied by a guardian: Authorization Letter of the parent and Barangay Certificate attesting that the guardian lives in the same household with the child
4. The parent or guardian must be present during the vaccination of the child
To avoid overcrowding and to maintain order, only those who registered and with confirmed schedules will be allowed to enter the vaccination sites.
