Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo grants the Service Recognition Incentive at P 10, 000 for each qualified regular and casual employees of the City Government pursuant to Administrative No. 45 issued by the Office of the President.
Councilor Lilani Ramon, Chairperson of the Committee on Appropriation, will present the proposed budget of P 9.6 million taken from the savings on Personal Services for approval by the City Council during its special session.
Administrative Order No. 45 stressed that it is imperative to provide reasonable incentives and assistance to our public servants, who are impacted not only by the pandemic, but also by various natural calamities.
Section 2 (d) of AO No. 45 provides that those who have rendered less than a total or an aggregate of 4 months of satisfactory services as of November 30, 2021 shall be entitled to a pro-rated share of the SRI based on the length of service as follows: 3 months but less than 4 months, 40%; 2 months but less than 3 months, 30%; 1 month but less than 2 months, 20% and less than 1 month at 10%.
