About 1, 620 Job Order workers received their Christmas gifts from the contributions of the regular, casual and city officials led by Mayor Remollo and Vice-Mayor Karissa Tolentino-Maxino under the Adopt-a-JO-Program as an expression of generosity this Yuletide Season.
Under the national laws and guidelines, Job Order workers and Project-based personnel are not entitled to the 14-month pay or any Performance Enhancement Incentives this current year.
The recipients received their gifts at the City Hall grounds in batches in compliance to the minimum health standards.
