About 76.4% of the target population (96, 049 residents per DILG/DOH estimate) or 73, 450 eligible residents have been vaccinated against COVID-19 as of December 21, 2021.
City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sarah B. Talla informed Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo, Chairperson of the City IATF MEID, that among the vaccinated residents are 71, 651 who got the 1st dose and the 1, 799 who were vaccinated using the single dose Janssen jabs for a total of 73, 450 residents.
Three thousand sixty-nine (3, 069) eligible residents were vaccinated last Saturday in the 3 vaccination sites at Robinson Mall, FU Gymnasium and Pulantubig Gymnasium.
Of the 73, 450 eligible residents vaccinated with 134, 660 total doses: 2, 780 are medical frontliners or (A1); 8, 421 senior citizens (A2); 9, 243 persons with comorbidities (A3); 18, 152 frontline personnel (A4); 24, 174 indigents (A5); 8, 360 belonging to the Rest of the Adult Population and 2, 320 Pediatric (12-17 years old) were vaccinated based on the order of priority of the Department of Health.
