Utility workers and personnel from the Dumaguete PNP, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and the City Engineer’s Office conducted clearing of debris and subsequent restoration of electricity to the classrooms at the Dumaguete City National High School.
DCNHS Principal Alden Rabina said that strong winds of the recent Typhoon ODETTE toppled the trees and lamp posts inside the campus which caused a power outage in some of the school buildings that were now restored.
