Eight [8] more city employees have been promoted and regularized from 3 different offices of the Local Government Unit of Dumaguete.
Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo administered the oaths of office of the newly promoted and regularized employees in a simple ceremony last Friday with City Human Resource Management Officer Dr. Dinno T. Depositario and City Social Welfare and Development Officer Ms. Lilibeth Filipinos in attendance.
Among those promoted or appointed are: Rossel Marie Garcia, Human Resource Management Officer III of CHRO; Marilyn Elemia, Project Evaluation Officer III of CSWDO; Kevin Roy B. Gaudan, Human Resource Management Officer III of CHRO; Florencia Catada, Youth Development Officer II of CSWDO; Liezel Hamoy, Social Welfare Officer 1 of CSWDO; Renelyn Lingcong, Social Welfare Officer 1 of CSWDO; Marecon Vorbeck, Social Welfare Officer of CSWDO and Dwight Arnaiz, Agriculturist 1 of City Agriculture Office.
Mayor Remollo stressed that the LUPAD vision, in which letter “P” of said acronym stands for Professionalism in government service and good governance, gives premium to the welfare of the employees through merit-based hiring and promotion devoid of partisan considerations.
More appointments and promotions by Mayor Remollo will be announced at the proper time once all the required processes are completed.
