The City Health Office reports 30 COVID-19 recoveries with 2 new cases based on the latest release of swab test results, Monday.
Presently, there are 101 active COVID-19 cases with 3, 040 recoveries and 83 deaths since the pandemic affected Dumaguete City from January 30, 2020 to September 20, 2021.
The 2 new COVID-19 cases include a BPO employee, who works from home and an 84-year-old woman who was swabbed and found reactive prior to an eye operation.
Meanwhile, the 30 COVID-19 recoveries are residents of barangays Bagacay (4), Bajumpandan (3), Bantayan (4), Batinguel, Cantil-e (2), Daro (2), Junob (3), Motong (3), Piapi, Poblacion 5, Poblacion 8 and Taclobo (4).
Of the 101 active COVID patients: 68 cases are monitored and handled by the personnel of the City Health Office; 12 are confined at Silliman University Medical Center; 6 are admitted at NOPH; 3 are confined at ACE Doctors; 6 admitted at Holy Child Hospital; 5 at Negros Polymedic Hospital and 1 patient is at the Tent City.
