The City’s Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases reports a total of 105 active COVID-19 cases in 20 of the 30 component barangays as of Thursday, September 9, 2021.
Ten (10) barangays reported zero active COVID-19 cases while 8 others are managing just 1 or 2 active cases.
The following is the distribution of the 105 active COVID-19 cases which are now isolated and/or under treatment:
Bagacay (13), Bajumpandan (2), Balugo (0), Banilad (9), Bantayan (13), Batinguel (3), Buñao (0), Cadawinonan (3), Calindagan (1), Camanjac (1), Candau-ay (7), Cantil-e (5), Daro (10), Junob (9), Looc (1), Mangnao (1), Motong (10), Piapi (3), Poblacion 1 (0), Poblacion 2 (0), Poblacion 3 (0), Poblacion 4 (0), Poblacion 5 (0), Poblacion 6 (0), Poblacion 7 (2), Poblacion 8 (2), Pulantubig (0), Tabuc-tubig (1), Taclobo (9) and Talay (0).
Of the 105 active COVID cases: 81 cases are monitored and handled by the personnel of the City Health Office; 11 are confined at Silliman University Medical Center; 10 are admitted at NOPH; 1 is confined at ACE Doctors; 1 in Holy Child Hospital and 1 at Negros Polymedic Hospital.
