The staff of Vice-President Leni Robredo headed by Malou Perpetua recently paid a courtesy call to Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo to update him of the ongoing programs and services being implemented by the OVP in Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental.
VP Robredo’s staff updated Mayor Remollo and Councilor Lilani Ramon on the results of their monitoring and dialogue with people’s organizations in the city and other towns to find out how OVP can assist to address their needs.
In 2019, VP Robredo launched the Ahon Laylayan Koalisyon in the city, which is her flagship program to form multi-sectoral coalitions that develops their concerns into a common agenda and work with the private and public sectors in fighting poverty through Angat Buhay.
