Business establishments conferred with Safety Seals are allowed an additional 10% operational or seating capacity while under the GCQ with heightened restrictions.
The Omnibus Guidelines of the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines of the National IATF provides that indoor dining in restaurants and eateries are allowed up to twenty percent (20%) seating capacity, while outdoor (al fresco) dining in restaurants and eateries are allowed up to fifty percent (50%) seating capacity. An additional ten percent (10%) seating capacity is allowed if with Safety Seal Certification.
