City Executive Assistant for Security Concerns retired General Rey Lyndon Lawas along with City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sarah B. Talla and City Market Administrator Engr. Ronnie Fortin conducted another round of inspection of the stalls in the public market to determine their compliance to the minimum health protocols against COVID-19.
The owners of the stalls and the establishments inside the public market complex are made aware of their responsibilities in keeping their premises sanitized; require the use of face masks and face shields and to prevent overcrowding.
Since Negros Oriental is under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine, restaurants and other food establishments are only allowed take out or delivery not dine-in.
