There are now 178 active COVID-19 cases per the report of the City Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases today (July 11, 2021).
Twenty-three (23) of the 30 barangays are managing between 0-9 active COVID-19 cases while 7 barangays have between 10-16 active cases.
Three barangays Balugo, Poblacion 5 and Poblacion 7 registered zero COVID-19 active cases.
The following is the distribution of the 178 active COVID-19 cases which are now isolated and/or under treatment:
Bagacay (10), Bajumpandan 8, Balugo (0), Banilad (9), Bantayan (6), Batinguel (16), Buñao (4), Cadawinonan (4), Calindagan (6), Camanjac (6), Candau-ay (10), Cantil-e (7), Daro (11), Junob (15), Looc (4), Mangnao (5), Motong (5), Piapi (12), Poblacion 1 (1), Poblacion 2 (2), Poblacion 3 (1), Poblacion 4 (2), Poblacion 5 (0), Poblacion 6 (2), Poblacion 7 (0), Poblacion 8 (5), Pulantubig (7), Tabuc-tubig (5), Taclobo (14) and Talay (1).
Of the 178 active COVID patients: 124 cases are monitored and handled by the personnel of the City Health Office; 22 are confined at Silliman University Medical Center; 4 are admitted at NOPH; 11 are confined at ACE Doctors; 6 at Holy Child Hospital; 1 at Negros Polymedic Hospital; 2 active cases are at the Provincial Designated Isolation Facility; 6 are presently outside of Dumaguete City and 2 are hospital workers in a separate accredited isolation facility.
