City Executive Assistant for Security Concerns retired General Rey Lyndon Lawas directed the continuous patrols of Health Marshals in several areas to apprehend violators of the local health protocols including non-wearing of face masks; failure to observe physical distancing and the no dine-in policy in food establishments.
Violators are warned that they can be fined for defying the local health protocols, offering dine-in services and the 10:00PM curfew.
The Health Marshals are composed of personnel from the City Health Office, Philippine National Police, Traffic Management Office, Special Enforcement Unit, Department Trade Industry, City Administrator’s Office, City Social Welfare and Development Office and Bureau of Fire Protection.
