City government workers conducted regular clean-up of the government isolation facilities inside the Dumaguete City High School campus after the COVID-19 patients billeted there were discharged and the others transferred to a separate building inside the same compound.
The comfort/shower rooms of the isolation facilities were earlier refurbished through the supervision of City Engineer Edwin Quirit while the building was still empty considering the significant decrease in the number of COVID-19 positive cases.
Dumaguete City High School Principal Alden Rabina expressed appreciation to Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo for the steady deployment of personnel responsible in the maintenance and repair of the isolation buildings and the provision of cleaning tools and supplies including disinfectants necessary to keep both the COVID-19 patients and government workers safe from infection.
