The City’s Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases reports a total of 477 active COVID-19 cases following the recovery of 84 patients.
The following is the distribution of the 477 active COVID-19 cases who are now isolated and/or under treatment:
Bagacay (29), Bajumpandan (22), Balugo (12), Banilad (31), Bantayan (34), Batinguel (27), Buñao (13), Cadawinonan (19), Calindagan (24), Camanjac (14), Candau-ay (27), Cantil-e (11), Daro (35), Junob (14), Looc (23), Mangnao (5), Motong (27), Piapi (22), Poblacion 1 (0), Poblacion 2 (2), Poblacion 3 (0), Poblacion 4 (0), Poblacion 5 (2), Poblacion 6 (1), Poblacion 7 (3), Poblacion 8 (14), Pulantubig (26), Tabuc-tubig (7), Taclobo (17) and Talay (16).
Of the 477 active COVID-19 cases, 51 are admitted in the hospitals while the rest of the active cases are handled by the City Health Office in the various isolation facilities.
Specifically, 398 active COVID-19 cases are monitored and handled by the personnel of the City Health Office; 15 are confined at Silliman University Medical Center; 14 at NOPH; 6 at Holy Child Hospital; 13 are admitted at ACE Doctors; 3 at Negros Polymedic Hospital; 13 active cases are at the Provincial Designated Isolation Facility; 6 are those presently outside of Dumaguete City and 9 are hospital workers in a separate accredited isolation facility.
