The City Health Office has started vaccinating against COVID-19 those belonging to Priority Group A3 (Persons with Comorbidities) even as the immunization for those belonging to A2 (senior citizens) continues.
This is in response to the directive of Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo to accelerate the COVID-19 vaccination roll out even as he will follow through on his request for the shipment of more vaccines direct to Dumaguete City from the national government and private organizations considering the increasing number of cases in the city.
The City Health Office is reminding those belonging to A3:
1. Make sure to register online thru this link: or fill up the forms endorsed to the barangay health workers so that your names will be included in the master list for vaccination.
2. Wait for the call from the CHO confirming your vaccination schedule and site
3. Bring a medical certificate of attending physician or prescription to medicine, hospital records, surgical records or any other proof of your comorbidity
4. Submit yourself to the vaccination process once on site
Kindly refrain from going directly to the vaccination center if you have not received any call from CHO confirming your schedules.
To avoid overcrowding and to maintain order, only those who registered and with confirmed schedules will be allowed to enter the vaccination sites. Strictly no walk-in will be allowed.
