MANDATORY MINIMUM PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOLS:
• WEARING OF FACE MASK
• WEARING OF FACE SHIELD
• OBSERVE PHYSICAL DISTANCING
• PROPER WASHING OF HANDS
LIMITED MOVEMENT OF PERSONS:
• For accessing essential goods and services from and to the permitted establishments
• For work in such establishments
• For such other activities allowed
STRICTLY TO STAY AT HOME
• Persons 17 years old and below
• Persons 66 years old and above
• Persons with immunodeficiencies, comorbidities or health risks
• Pregnant Women.
Exceptions :
a. When obtaining essential goods, medicines and services
b. Working in industries and offices
c. Such other activities as permitted by regulations
ESTABLISHMENTS
ALLOWED:
1. Public and private hospitals,
2. Food and Medicine Manufacturers / stores
3. Logistics service providers
4. Essential and priority construction projects.
5. Construction Supply Companies/ stores
6. Public and Private Financial service providers, Banks and money transfer services
7. Essential retail public markets, grocery stores etc.
8. Restaurants, kiosks, commissaries and eateries ( limited to take-out, delivery )
9. BPOs
10. Public transport providers and operators
11. Media Establishments
12. Dental, Optometry and other medical clinics
13. Energy Sector
14. Telco companies and 3rd parties
15. Establishments necessary for online buying and selling of goods
NOT ALLOWED:
1. Entertainment Venues with live performances such as karaoke bars, bars, clubs, concert halls, theatres and cinemas.
2. Recreational Venues such as internet cafes, billiard halls, amusement arcades, bowling alleys and similar venues.
3. Amusement Park or theme parks, fairs/peryas, kid amusement industries such as playgrounds, playroom and kiddie rides
4. Outdoor sports courts or venues for contact sports, scrimmages, games or activities;
5. Indoor sports venues, fitness studios, gyms, spas or other indoor leisure centers or facilities and swimming pools
6. Casinos, horse racing, cockfighting and operation of cockpits, lottery and betting shops, and other gaming establishments except for the draws conducted by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office
7. Indoor visitor or tourist attractions, libraries, archives, museums, galleries, and cultural shows and exhibits
8. Venues for meetings, conferences and exhibitions
9. Personal Care Services such as salons, parlors, spa, medical aesthetic clinics etc.
10. Indoor Dine in services of food (take out and delivery only)
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES:
Agencies and instrumentalities of the government , with a skeleton workforce on-site and the remainder under alternative work arrangements as approved by the head agency unless a greater on-site capacity is required in agencies providing health and emergency frontline services, laboratory and testing services, border control, or other critical services, in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations issued by the CSC.
HOTELS AND ACCOMODATION ESTABLISHMENTS
Only hotels or accommodation establishments with valid DOT Accreditation shall be allowed to accommodate guests and clients for legitimate purposes. But ancillary establishments within their premises such as restaurants, cafes, gyms, spas, function halls, and the like, shall be subject to guidelines issued by DOT and the IATF.
GATHERINGS:
ALLOWED : 1. Gathering that are essential for the provision of health services, government services or humanitarian activities authorized by the appropriate government agency or instrumentality shall be allowed.
2. ALLOWED FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY: Gatherings of Necrological services, wakes, interment, funerals for those who dies of causes other than COVID-19 shall be allowed, but limited to immediate family members, upon satisfactory proof of their relationship with the deceased and will full compliance with the prescribed minimum public health standards for the duration of the activity.
NOT ALLOWED : 1. Gatherings outside of residence shall be prohibited.
2. Gatherings at residence with any person outside of one’s immediate household shall likewise be prohibited.
TRANSPORTATION: The road, rail, maritime and aviation sectors of public transportation shall be allowed to operate at such capacity and protocols in accordance with guidelines issued by DOTr. The use of active transportation such as biking is encouraged.
