The City Health Marshals are reminding the parents that is their main responsibility to keep their children safe against COVID-19 by keeping them inside their homes.
Face-to-face classes have been suspended for more than a year now so that school children shall remain indoors.
Executive Assistant for Security Concerns retired General Rey Lyndon Lawas stressed that under the Modified General Community Quarantine or MGCQ all those ageing 15-year-old below and 65-year-old above are supposed to stay at home.
The Health Marshals, deployed by Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo to enhance the enforcement of health protocols, are composed of personnel from the City Health Office, Philippine National Police, Traffic Management Office, Special Enforcement Unit, Department Trade Industry, City Social Welfare and Development Office, City Administrator’s Office and Bureau of Fire Protection.
