The Committee on Rules Ordinances, Legal Matters and Good Governance chaired by Councilor Michael Bandal reviewed the proposed “Deed of Usufruct” allowing the Provincial Office of DILG to utilize a portion of the lot owned by the City Government during a meeting yesterday.
Panel members Councilor Karissa Faye Tolentino-Maxino and Edgar Lentorio Jr. addressed some of the concerns of the proposed deed of usufruct in favor of DILG Negros Oriental underscoring the fact that ownership of the 350 square meter lot shall remain with the City Government.
