Four (4) OFWs begin their strict quarantine today after arriving to Dumaguete City from Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Pakistan.
City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sara B. Talla also reported to Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo, Chairperson of the City’s Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, that 7 Persons Under Monitoring were released today after completing the mandatory 14-day quarantine in the different isolation facilities without showing any signs and symptoms of Influenza Like Illness or ILI.
Presently, there are 281 PUMs: 128 are in designated hotel facilities, 72 are in the community isolation center and 81 are in the barangay isolation centers.
None of the PUMs seen and examined by the City Health Workers have shown symptoms of ILI.
