Every person (LSI, APOR or ROF) entering Dumaguete City, by land, sea or air, is enjoined to strictly follow local health protocols by submitting:
1. Medical Clearance Certificate issued by the City/Municipal Health Office of the place of origin
2. Travel Authority issued by the JTF CV Shield (PNP)
3. Negative RT-PCR test result (Valid 72 hours after test result release date)
4. Certificate of Acceptance from the City of Dumaguete
5. And to undergo 14-day quarantine upon arrival in a facility designated for the purpose.
Furthermore, All Locally Stranded Individuals (Dumaguete residents) and workers MUST coordinate with the Local Government Unit at least 7 days before entering the City to allow the City Tourism Office to:
a. Validate barangay residency
b. Arrange pick up at port of entry
c. Accommodate at government-designated facilities for mandatory 14-day quarantine
d. Prepare Certificate of Acceptance
NOTE: Kindly inquire before the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases in your place of origin if national and local travel restrictions applies to you.
