City Health Officer Dr. Maria Sarah B. Talla informed Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo, Chairperson of the City’s Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases, that 2 Persons Under Monitoring (PUMs) completed today the 14-day quarantine without any medical incident and were released.
There are currently 264 PUM including 2 OFWs, 3 Locally Stranded Individuals and 2 businessmen who arrived today and subjected to quarantine procedure.
Of the 264 PUMs: 115 are in designated hotel facilities, 99 are in the community isolation center while 50 are in barangay isolation facilities or home quarantine.
Furthermore, 11 of them are OFWs, 221 are LSIs while 32 are returning residents or under quarantine as part of standard procedure.
None of the 264 PUMs examined showed signs and symptoms of Influenza Like Illness (ILI).
As of today, 1, 221 individuals have completed the mandatory 14-day quarantine since March 2020 and back in their respective families including 80 OFWs and 222 LSIs.
