On account of the negative results of their RT-PCR swab tests with complete documents, 15 PUMs were transferred from the Community Isolation Center and Designated Hotel Facilities to their barangays so they could finish the quarantine at home.

All 15 PUMs, 13 of whom are OFWs, completed the mandatory quarantine in Manila and passed a series of medical tests prior to their arrival in Dumaguete City.

The two other PUMs that were released also underwent the required quarantine in Manila and swab tests like the OFWs.

They were quarantined in the government approved isolation facilities for 7 days and shall complete the remaining 7 days in strict isolation in their respective homes to be regularly examined by the health workers.
