Civil works of the proposed P 20.2 million full span concrete bridge in Colon at the back of Foundation University continue in order to finish it within the timeline.

Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo said that the completion of the concrete bridges in Colon and near the Bureau of Internal Revenue in Banica River remain a top priority of his administration to replace the box culverts that are frequently blocked and inundated during heavy rains posing danger to both life and property of motorists and residents.

It is expected that once the two bridges are finished, traffic congestion will be minimized and ensure the safety of both motorists and residents along the Banica riverbanks.
