Except massage parlors, spa and internet café

Following the lifting of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the City Public Market shall now open all sections for business from 5:00AM to 7:00PM beginning Friday (May 1) but with the following conditions:

1. Only 500 buyers will be allowed entry at any given time to prevent congestion and maintain social distancing.
2. Massage parlors/spa and internet cafes shall remain closed until further notice.
3. Beauty Parlors and barbershops shall open for business provided they will strictly adhere to protocols and protective measures.
4. No face masks, No entry.
5. No Resident Pass is required upon entry.

Kawayan Collective of the Department of Science and Technology will be utilized to help control and regulate physical distancing in the entrances leading to the market complex.

Public Market Administrator Engr. Ronnie Fortin appealed to the public to heed the policies imposed to prevent any transmission of the dreaded COVID-19 and to promote health and sanitation.
