Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo issued Office Order No. 215 Regulating the entry and exit points of the City Hall and the conduct of thermal body scan for all visitors.
The new regulation comes as personnel from the City Health Office and City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office disinfected the various offices and premises of the City Hall compound today.
Meanwhile, Mayor Remollo also issued Office Order No. 218 providing the mechanism on how to avail of the Four Day Work Week for city government officials, employees and personnel for the duration of COVID-19 pandemic.
Mayor Remollo also issued Office Order No. 216 suspending the conduct of flag raising ceremony normally attended by hundreds of officials and employees of the city government. The Philippine flag will still be raised and lowered by only two personnel from the Bureau of Fire Protection.
ENTRANCE AND EXIT POINT IN CITY HALL: The entrance and exit of the City Health Office, located at the Colon Street and the Entrance/Exit beside the City Treasurer’s Office at Burgos Street shall be the main entrance/exit points for all officials, employees and the general public. All the other entrance/exit points shall be closed to all concerned.
Everyone shall be subject to thermal body scanning. Any person who has a temperature reading of 38 degrees Celsius and above or those who refuse to undergo thermal scanning shall not be allowed entry.
Persons exhibiting signs and symptoms of Influenza-like illness shall only be allowed if they are wearing face masks.
