Officers of the Civil Service Commission Regional Office 7 administered the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management or PRIME-HRM before the assembled departments and division heads and facilitated by the City Human Resource Office under Dr. Dinno T. Depositario at the City Session Hall, Friday.

The assessment was designed to guide the Local Government Unit of Dumaguete and the persons involved in Human Resource Management to self-evaluate and define the current reality of core HRM systems.

This is pursuant to the priority of Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo and the Civil Service Commission to transform Human Resource from administrative and transactional orientation to being strategic and developmental including the recruitment, training and promotion of personnel.
