Elected and appointed officials of the 30 component barangays led by Liga ng mga Barangay President Dionie Amores present their performance reports and future plans during last night’s congress supervised by the City DILG Officer Christopher Pastor.
The annual assessment was held at the residence of Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo, Tuesday, who also provided entertainment and door prizes including the three brand new motorcycles as part of the fellowship night to celebrate Christmas.
Mayor Remollo also presented the accomplishments of the administration and the future programs, projects and activities that will develop Dumaguete into a smart city that will be livable, modern, prosperous and safe.
The Liga ng mga Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan reiterated their full support to the administration of Mayor Remollo and the City Council headed by Vice-Mayor Alan Gel Cordova.
Also present during the event are Councilors Manuel Sagarbarria, Michael Bandal, Edgar Lentorio Jr., Agustin Miguel Perdices and SK President Lei Marie Danielle Tolentino.
Councilors Karissa Tolentino-Maxino, Joe Kenneth Arbas, Bernice Elmaco, Lilani Ramon, Manuel Patrimonio and Rosel Erames sent their sincere Christmas greetings to the assembled barangays and SK officials.
