Thousands of government employees, civic organizations, citizens, students and entrepreneurs clad in neon lights participated in the first ever night parade to celebrate the city’s 71st Charter Anniversary with the theme “Color the Night,” which culminated at the City Quadrangle, Sunday.

Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo, Vice-Mayor Alan Gel Cordova, Councilors Manuel Sagarbarria, Joe Kenneth Arbas, Michael Bandal, Edgar Lentorio and Manuel Patrimonio greeted the participants at the review stand in front of the restored Old Presidencia.

See you all next year for a bigger and light filled parade in 2020!
