Francis Roy B. Albina presents to Mayor Felipe Antonio B. Remollo the awards he garnered in the International Math Open for Young Achievers held on September 13-16, 2019 at Singapore.

The young Albina, a Grade 11 student of Silliman University, won Silver in the individual category and Bronze in the team category.

His proud parents Raul Albina and Nenita Albina accompanied him during the visit. For his achievement, Mayor Remollo extended his personal token of appreciation to Francis for giving honor to the city.
