Hermesa Pangilinan emerges as the best Cook for Budbud Gabi besting 14 other competitors during the 2019 this year’s cooking contest for the native delicacy held at the Quezon Park, Sunday.

The Board of Judges composed of Gabby Del Prado (Chairperson), Jamie Francesca Que and Ernesto Equipado Jr. also ranked Omar P. Racid in 2nd Place and Lorence P. Sabanal in 3rd Place.
