The City’s Local Youth Development Office and the Dangerous Drugs Board gathered promising youth leaders and young professionals to train them on how to implement the drugs abuse prevention education of the national government.

Mayor Felipe Antonio B. Remollo approved the Training for Trainers of Life Skills Enhancement in Drug Abuse Prevention Education in support to the nationwide campaign to eradicate illegal drugs.

The trainees underwent the two-day skills training workshop so they become effective agents in conducting the series of drug abuse prevention education campaign in the grassroots communities across Dumaguete City.
