BLESSING OF TWO (2) ADDITIONAL BRAND NEW GARBAGE COMPACTORS

Reverend Father Hendrix Alar officiates the blessing of two additional brand new garbage compactors to boost the collection efficiency of the Environment and Natural Resources Office.

Mayor Felipe Antonio “Ipe” Remollo said that at the moment the city now has four brand new units, which will significantly improve the trash collection efficiency of ENRO to meet the growing needs of the city.

Present during the blessing ceremony were Vice-Mayor Franklin Esemena, Councilors Alan Cordova, Karissa Toletino, Lilani Ramon, Estanislao Alviola, Jose Victor Imbo and Lionel Banogon along with department and division heads of the city led by City Administrator Ricardo Gonzales Jr. and City Assistant Administrator Dinno T. Depositario.

For many years ENRO has been plagued with frequent breakdowns of its old garbage trucks leading to the accumulation of uncollected garbage across the city deemed detrimental to the health and well-being of the residents and visitors.
